Lily Airways – The Restaurant Inside a Boeing 737 in China

Chinese businessman Li Liang got this wonderful idea from a Swedish airplane themed restaurant. He acquired the aircraft from Indonesian airline Batavia Air (which is a bankrupt Indonesian airline) and shipped to China; converted to this beautiful restaurant. This Western-themed airplane restaurant has opened on last Friday in the central Chinese city of Wuhan which is a German-style pedestrian street.

To keep the theme standards, the “Cabin Crew” are selected as per Airline standards and they are wearing stewardess uniforms to make guests feel as if they’re really flying. The good news is, it is not that much pricey as per sources; the average price of a meal is around 200 to 300 yuan (22.50 -£33.74).
