You have booked a taxi via app and waiting for the driver to arrive; but what if the driver is later and you are not able to reach ? No worries now if you have used Grab’s latest app as they introduced GrabChat, an inbuild instastant chat service for taxi driver and passengers. In case you are late to leave house and want inform the driver same, still can use this feature by leaving a message in GrabChat “Hey, please wait for 5 min, I am waiting for lift”.
